We want you to have a great experience growing your own mushrooms. If your ShroomBag doesn’t produce mushrooms within 30 days of activation, we’ve got you covered.

Our Promise:

If no mushrooms appear within 30 days of following the provided instructions, we’ll send you a replacement grow kit completely free.

To qualify for a replacement:

• Contact us within 35 days of receiving your ShroomBag

• Share a photo of your kit and setup so we can help troubleshoot

• Make sure you followed the basic activation steps (cutting, misting, and keeping it in the right environment)
